About Alinea Family Hospice Care
Serving God Through Serving Others
Family-owned and spiritually-based, Alinea Family Hospice Care offers patients and their families kind, compassionate, and innovative hospice care. We serve patients out of three offices in Terrell, Longview and Athens, TX, and our service areas stretch across 22 North and East Texas counties. Our services are designed to provide individuals and their families with comfort, hope, and support throughout every stage of care.
Our Philosophy
Hospice is a philosophy of care, not a place!
Hospice generally does not seek a cure, but enriches life without hastening or postponing one’s end of life transition. At Alinea Family Hospice Care, we recognize the importance of nurturing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient and their families. By focusing on the person’s needs and managing the symptoms of a disease — and highlighting quality of life versus length of life — we are able to fully enrich their lives and prepare them for the final event of life.
Our work is a celebration of life and is designed to provide great support and guidance in making many important decisions involving both the patient and their family.
