At Alinea Family Hospice Care, we are a faith-based, family-owned agency — not a national network — with offices in Athens, Terrell, and Waxahachie, TX. We serve patients across 22 counties in North and East Texas, bringing experienced, compassionate hospice care directly to the patient’s home, skilled nursing facility, or assisted living community.

Our services include routine home care, respite care, neurological care, crisis care, and short-term inpatient care for individuals living with cancer, dementia, heart disease, Parkinson’s, and other life-limiting conditions. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our team speaks English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.

Our care extends beyond meeting each patient’s medical needs — we have a versatile, well-trained team to coordinate services with each patient and family. From skilled nursing and social services to spiritual guidance, massage, aromatherapy, and more, we take a comprehensive approach to assuring patient comfort. In addition, we are blessed with a compassionate group of volunteers who provide additional support to patients and their families.
